Marlay Park

Marlay Park, built around 1794 and located in Rathfarnham - Dublin 16, is a 121-hectare (300-acre) public park comprising a historic estate with numerous significant features. Marlay Park welcomes all ages, offering recreational spaces including a 9-hole, par-three golf course, 5 GAA pitches, 6 soccer pitches, tennis courts, a cricket pitch, two children’s playgrounds, and a miniature railway run by the Dublin Society of Model and Experimental Engineers. The park is located 45 minutes away by public transportation from Wren Urban Nest.

After 14 years, Pearl Jam is back in Ireland this summer. Marlay Park is set to host the icons on 22nd of June, 2024. The concert by the American band is part of their world tour, which will visit nine countries and 25 cities, including Dublin. Former Verve frontman Richard Ashcroft and Irish post-punk band The Murder Capital will also be present to join Pearl Jam's show. Pearl Jam's last performance in Dublin was in June 2010.

Green Day will also play a gig in Dublin this summer. With the 'Saviours' tour, the rock band is set to play at Marlay Park this June. The gig takes place on Thursday, 27th of June. Special guests Nothing But Thieves and Maid of Ace will join the band for their Marlay Park performance.

Since 2012, Marlay Park has hosted Longitude, a music festival which happens every July in the capital of Ireland, Dublin. Longitude Festival 2024 will host a variety of artists set to play on 29th and 30th of June 2024.

Hozier will play at Dublin's Marlay Park on Friday, 5th of July. This concert will be one his biggest headline gigs ever in Ireland and the UK. Hozier is an Irish musician, born on March 17th, 1990, in Wicklow, Ireland.
