Completion of a booking implies acceptance and understanding of the terms & conditions listed below.

CONFIRMATION POLICY:

The credit card details provided at the time of booking will guarantee the reservation. Hotels reserve the right to check the credit card by taking a pre-authorisation to ensure that it is valid and/or sufficient funds are available. The card will only be charged in advance where a prepaid rate has been booked. Should you wish to use this credit card for payment at the hotel, the cardholder must be present at the time of payment. All prepaid rates are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Reservations cancelled outside of the cancellation policy will incur a penalty equivalent to a one night’s accommodation charge which will be deducted from the credit card provided at the time of booking. For block bookings of 10 or more rooms the hotel reserves the right to request a deposit, further terms & conditions may also apply. PREPAID RATES:

For all credit card pre-payments, the card used at the time of booking must be produced on check-in at the hotel and photographic ID shown. Specific terms apply to Prepaid Rates and particular special offers and they are non-refundable / non- transferable.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PRE-AUTHORISATION NOTICE:

Wren Urban Nest requires all guests to provide a valid credit or debit card on check- in. The hotel will pre-authorise your card for your full room rate plus €50 per room for any additional charges which you may incur during your stay with us. All special offers, promotions, packages and rates are subject to availability and are covered by Terms & Conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

To cancel your hotel booking, direct contact must be made with the hotel in question BY 24 HOURS PRIOR TO DAY OF ARRIVAL. Failure to do so will result in the first night's accommodation being charged. Any deposit or booking fees that have already been processed are also non-refundable. 

In the event of a guests non-arrival (no-show), the first night's accommodation charge will be applied to the credit card that was used to guarantee the booking or billed backed to the company where credit facilities are established.

CHECK-IN/OUT:

Check-in: from 3pm on the day of arrival;

Check-out: by 11am on the day of departure (late check-outs will incur additional charges on departure).

ROOM TYPES:

Please contact the hotel directly to request an adapted room. All room types are subject to availability and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:

Any Special Instructions you have submitted with your booking should relate to your reservation & are likely to be addressed on the day of your arrival. If you have any more pressing requests, we would suggest you contact the hotel directly by email or phone.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

Wren Urban Nest reserves the right to charge a security deposit upon check-in.

Please note that the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card for the total cost of your stay upon arrival. No cash payments will be accepted. Guests will be required to provide a valid photographic ID.
