Q: Where is Wren Urban Nest located?
Wren Urban Nest is located in the heart of Dublin city, on Andrew’s Lane. We are just a short walk from College Green and Trinity College. Discover more about the Wren Urban Nest Location.
Q: How do I get there from the airport?
By bus: There are a number of bus options that will bring you to the city centre, with the cheapest being the number 16 bus which will cost €3.30 one way or €2.60 with a leap card.
By taxi: Travelling by taxi takes between 30 – 45 minutes depending on traffic and will cost approximately €30.
We recommend taking the bus as the most eco friendly mode of transport to get to the city.
Q: How do I get to from the rest of the country?
There are lots of great public transport options that will bring you to Dublin from almost anywhere in the country. Trains run frequently to Heuston Station from Cork, Galway, Waterford, Limerick and Mayo. Trains from Wexford and Belfast into Connolly station. Bus and Luas connections will then bring you directly into the city centre leaving you just a short walk from Wren Urban Nest.
Q: What’s the best way to get around the city?
Walking! Soak up the atmosphere of the city as you stroll around and find all the hidden gems Dublin has to offer. Dublin Bikes offers another great way to get around the city, with plenty of bike stations located around the city. Pick up a three-day subscription for just €5, with the first half hour journey being free and then a small fee is charged after this. For more information on Dublin Bikes click here.
If the weather isn’t up scratch or you want to give your feet a rest Dublin bus connects the city well with most routes running frequently. The cross-city Luas has two lines, the Green line running from Brides Glen to Broom Bridge and the Red line running from Saggart to the Point. We recommend picking up a leap card which can used across all modes of transport.

Q: Does the Wren Urban Nest have a car park and is it included in the rate?
A: We don’t have onsite carparking at Wren Urban Nest. Carparking is available at ParkRite, Drury Street Carpark for a reduced rate of €16 for 24 hours parking and is located on Drury street - just a 3 minute walk from Wren. Q: What time is check -out?
A: Check-out is 11am on day of departure.
Q: Is it possible to get a late check-out?
A: Late check-out is subject to availability and a charge of €10 per hour will apply. Please ask reception for more details.
Q: What time is check-in?
A: Check-in is from 3pm on day of arrival. Earlier check-in is subject to room availability. For this reason, the only way to guarantee early check-in is to book the room from the day prior to arrival. If it is not possible to avail of early check-in, our guests are welcome to leave their luggage with our Front Office team at the reception area.
Q: How old do I have to be to check-in?
A: In order to check-in, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 years old, you must be accompanied by somebody aged 18* or older.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: To cancel your direct booking, contact must be made with the Wren Urban Nest by 2pm local time the day prior to arrival. Failure to do so will result in the first night's accommodation being charged. Any deposit or booking fees that have already been processed are also non-refundable. All Advance Purchase rates are prepaid, non-cancellable and non-refundable.
For bookings made through 3rd parties, you must contact the booking provider directly to amend or cancel your reservation, as we cannot do this on your behalf.
Q: Do I need a credit card at the time of booking?
A: The credit card details provided at the time of booking will guarantee the reservation. Wren Urban Nest reserves the right to check the credit card by taking a pre-authorisation to ensure that it is valid and/or sufficient funds are available. The card will only be charged in advance where a prepaid rate has been booked.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PRE-AUTHORISATION NOTICE:
Wren Urban Nest requires all guests to provide a valid credit or debit card on check- in. The Wren Urban Nest will pre-authorise your card for your full room rate plus €50 per room for any additional charges which you may incur during your stay with us. A: While we love to welcome your little ones, we do not offer family rooms, interconnecting rooms, cots or cribs.
Q: Are pets permitted?
A: Only certified guide dogs and emotional support dogs are permitted in our premises.
Q: Are international adaptors provided?
A: All guest rooms and ALT Café & Bar have USB charging ports available. A limited supply of adaptors are available at reception.
Q: Do you offer hairdryers in your guestrooms?
A: All our bedrooms are equipped with a hairdryer for your complimentary use.

A: Iron and ironing boards are available upon request.

A: Yes, all guest rooms are air-conditioned.
Q: Do you have interconnecting rooms?
A: We do not offer interconnecting rooms.
