We are very proud of our parntership with sustainable beekepers Open Hive, and chuffed to stock jars of 100% raw Irish honey from our very own beehives at the Dublin Mountains. Raw honey is nutrient-rich, full of antioxidants and also very tasty! The honey Open Hive produce is a by-product of their bee conservation work and each sale supports their mission. They eliminate the need for single-use plastic by screen-printing instead of labelling and their jars can also be returned for future reuse.
We worked closely with The Home Moment producing our signature scent to recreate the relaxed ambience of Wren. Collaborating with local, Irish businesses is important to us; the Home Moment share our sustainable principles and embrace a mindful approach to the candles they produce. Scent has a powerful connection to memory and a candle is a special memento for our guests to bring home to evoke the wonderful memories they make during their stay with us.
The stunning throws in Wren have been custom made by Mourne Textiles in Co. Down. This family business connects past and present, crafting hand-woven textiles with an artistic touch. With a legacy spanning over seventy years, they continue to operate from the same family workshop, passing skills down through generations. They take pride in their commitment to low environmental impact and preservation of traditional techniques and expertise. The results are true masterpieces of craftsmanship.
The bath products in Wren have been made exclusively for us by The Handmade Soap Company in Ireland.
