Aviva Stadium

Are you ready for summer in Dublin? The Irish city will be the stage for several events this summer. Taylor Swift and Aer Lingus College Football are two of the biggest events at Aviva Stadium this year.

For almost 14 years, Aviva has been the venue for various important events in the city of Dublin, from significant matches to memorable concerts. The stadium is part of the calendar of major events in the Irish capital.

The Aviva stadium is easily accessible by public transport from Wren Urban Nest.

The destination of two major clubs will be decided in the Irish arena. The Europa League final is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, 22nd of May, at 8 pm, at the Aviva Stadium. The finalists will be confirmed after the semi-finals on May 9th.

This is the second time the Aviva has hosted this event. In 2011, the competition was last held in the Irish capital, where Porto claimed the cup.

Have you heard about the Summer Carnival? American singer Pink brings her amazing tour to the Aviva Stadium. The tour began last year in June and will finish in November 2024. The good news for Pink's fans is that Dublin is part of the schedule. Pink will perform at the Aviva Stadium on 20th and 21st of June. Rag’n’Bone Man, Gayle and KidCutUp are the special guests for the occasion. Tickets are available here.

Taylor Swift will be performing for three nights in Dublin. The singer will play on Friday 28th, Saturday 29th, and Monday 30th of June at the Aviva Stadium. The ‘Eras Tour’ is a journey through her career, featuring songs from the past and present.

In January, she made Grammy history by becoming the first artist to win the coveted Best Album prize for the fourth time, surpassing none other than Frank Sinatra and Paul Simon, each of whom had won three times. The tickets sold out
in record time last June.

If you are an American football lover and want to enjoy Dublin City, this is your opportunity to have double the fun. American College Football will return to Ireland for the sixth time in the last 12 years.

The match between Georgia Tech and with Florida State University, at Aviva Stadium, is planned for 24th of August 2024. The 2024 Aer Lingus College Football Classic is estimated to be worth €69 million to the Irish economy and game tickets will go on sale in March.

Ireland will participate in the fourth edition of the UEFA Nations League. The Boys in Green are in Group 2B and will compete against England, Finland, and Greece. The four teams battle for promotion to League A, but the fact that England is in the same league makes the competition even more interesting, as it will be the first official competitive clash with the old enemy since 1991.

The competition features 54 participating nations, with the Irish matches scheduled between September and November, at Aviva Stadium. Tickets for the games are not yet available, for more information and update you can check the FAI website.
